British singer-songwriter Rita Ora released her new single “Poison“. She released six different versions of the song: an acoustic, an original and four remixes. The song is part of her upcoming sophomore studio album just like her previous single “I Will Never Let You Go”.
The reactions to “Poison” on iTunes are mixed from utter crap to an absolutely perfect song. The song is currently doing very well in iTunes as the song currently is third in the British iTunes Singles Chart. The music video is very successful too as it’s already watched more than 8 million times on YouTube.
Rita Sahatçiu Ora or better known under the mononym Rita Ora is a British singer-songwriter from Kosovar descent. In 2009 she auditioned for Eurovision: Your Country Needs You on BBC One but withdrew after a few episodes. In December 2009 she signed to Jay-Z’ label Roc Nation. In February 2012 she was featured on DJ Fresh’ single “Hot Right Now” which became a smash hit all around Europe. A few months later she released her first UK single “RIP (feat. Tinie Tempah)”. Her first international single was “How We Do (Party)”. Some other notable single releases by Rita Ora are “Shine Ya Light”, “Radioactive” and “I Will Never Let You Down”.
