Belarusian girl group Milki released their debut single “Accent”. Milki, which means cuties in Belarusian, is a Belarusian music group founded by Norwegian musician Alexander Rybak. A few years ago he was thinking about all the people in the world and how they speak English with their own accent. At that moment he got the idea of creating a song that shows the Belarusian accent. He gathered five girls from all over Belarus and made a song for them in which they can show their language, culture and accent. The lyrics of “Accent” are in Belarusian and English.
The 5 members of Milki are: Tatsiana Stakhouskaya, Marina Putnikova, Taya Serikova, Victoria Nazarko and Anna Rai. They were found threw auditions in four different Belarusian cities.
